2Express Direct Site Delivery Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Express site delivery applies to orders within verified service boundaries of Jaipur (pincodes starting with 302xxx). Dispatch commences upon automated order verification and vehicle staging.
Delivery schedules may be adjusted during extreme weather conditions (Jaipur monsoon street waterlogging), unauthorized municipal road barricades, or curfew orders. Customers are immediately notified with live vehicle tracking updates.
3Weighbridge Quality Assurance & MTC
All primary structural steel (Fe 550D TMT) and cement are issued with manufacturer Mill Test Certificates (MTC) adhering to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS / ISI) specifications. Every hydraulic mini-truck dispatch includes an audited digital weighbridge slip.
4Commercial GST Invoicing & Input Tax Credit (ITC)
Tax invoices are issued adhering to Section 31 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017. Registered builders and contractors providing a valid GSTIN receive commercial B2B invoices with complete HSN/SAC codes for ITC claim eligibility.
5Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to commercial material trade through InstaNeev are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
