Return, Cancellation & Unloading Policy

Compliant with Rule 4 of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

1. Site Unloading & Weighbridge Discrepancy Protocol

Every dispatch vehicle is pre-weighed on an automated electronic weighbridge. Site supervisors are requested to verify the physical seal and weight ticket upon arrival. If an audited discrepancy exceeding 0.5% is discovered, you have the statutory right to refuse acceptance or claim an immediate proportional refund.

2. Damaged Packaging & Transit Moisture Guarantee

Cement bags (OPC/PPC) or white cement/putty compromised by moisture, rain seepage, or torn packaging during transit will be replaced promptly via express dispatch at zero additional logistics charge.

3. Manufacturer Test Certificate (MTC) & BIS Testing

If independent NABL-accredited laboratory test reports show that materials fail to meet IS 12269 (53 Grade OPC) or IS 1786 (Fe 550D TMT), InstaNeev will accept full material return and execute a 100% refund including third-party testing fee reimbursements.

4. Refund Processing Window

Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are credited directly to the original payment source (UPI VPA, Net Banking, or Card) within 48 hours of material inspection upon pickup. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are dispatched instantly via direct UPI transfer.
