  • Device Telemetry: Anonymized app performance indicators to ensure responsive m-commerce rendering.

2. Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing

Data is collected on grounds of legitimate commercial use under Section 4 of the DPDP Act 2023 to fulfill material purchase agreements, prevent transit fraud, and adhere to Rajasthan GST commercial vehicle transit laws (E-Way Bill generation).

3. Zero Commercial Data Reselling

InstaNeev never sells, leases, or trades contractor, homeowner, or architect data to third-party telemarketing networks. Delivery details are shared strictly with verified transport drivers solely during the active 120-minute transit window.

4. Your Data Rights & Deletion Guarantee
